Q. i want to use it with antec 700 watt gold psu,rtx 2070 super and ryzen 3700x . i think idont need smart ups because my power supply has hold up time more than 14 ms at 100 percent load . so how much back up i can get . what is the power factor and maximum load of this ups.

The UPS can support has an output power capacity of 600W. And you have a 700W PSU, thus theoretically there will be no backups.

Recommend you to go for higher UPS for your high-end build.
