Great value for money processor. Good for both gaming and workstation projects. However, I would recommend using an aftermarket cooler if you are planning to go 4.4GHz or higher.
And make sure you have a supporting BIOS version if you are using an older chipset motherboard. I learnt it the hard way, but the MD Computer support team helped a lot to fix that.
