You will be able to run, but it will not give you playable fps at ultra graphics settings at 1080p.
You will be able to run GTA V at normal graphics settings at around 50 FPS at 1080p.
Q. Hi is Ryzen 5 3400 G is a 3rd generation Ryzen processor.
As in details it is mentioned as 2nd generation, however when you click on AMD Ryzen 5 3rd generation processor it is showing there which do create some confusion.

If you are playing on emulator, both these mobile games support and are capped at 60FPS. The frame rate will not rise above it. You can run both the games at high. However, some emulators have issues with frame drops and ping issues.
